Winners of the Guyana Karate Federation National Junior Championships which were held last Sunday at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall. The karatekas competed in Kata and Kumite competitions which were divided into female and male, age and weight categories. The age divisions ranged from 6-8 years, 9-11, 12-14 to 15-17; with the latter three further separated in the Kumite competition with under/over weight classes of 40kg, 45kg and 55kg, respectively.
