Earth Hour 2018 to focus on environment

Earth Hour (60 Minutes Plus) 2018, was launched on Wednesday with a youth panel discussion at Ogle Room, Herdmanston Lodge.

A release from the Department of Public Information (DPI) said that the forum was organised by the local arm of the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) along with other key climate change stakeholders.

The discussion focused on the Importance of Environmental Education in fostering behavioural change, the effects of climate change on marine ecosystems and the protection of the wetlands and freshwater ecosystems.
