NBS donates $250,000 to construction of Malteenoes practice facility

Malteenoes Sports Club president Winston Semple receives the donation from Seepaul Narine of the New Building Society while representatives of the company and the club look on.

The New Building Society Ltd has donated $250,000 to the Malteenoes Sports Club for the construction of an all weather practice facility at its Thomas Lands venue.

Seepaul Narine, NBS’s Vice President, presented the cheque to Malteenoes President Winston Semple at the Bank’s Avenue of the Republic location in the presence of representative of the two entities yesterday.

Seepaul said NBS was happy to contribute to the project which will help to build their relationship with the club and aid in the development of its cricketers.
