An accident at Middle Road and Hunter Street on Sunday night left this car mangled and its passengers suffering injuries. At around 9 pm, Stabroek News was told that the car was proceeding on Hunter Street when a Toyota Tacoma 4X4 crashed into it at the intersection. At the scene, broken beer bottles were removed from the 4X4 and residents said the driver of the motor car was taken into police custody while the other driver fled the scene.
