An Annandale, East Coast Demerara man died after he was knocked down by a bus on the Good Hope Public Road on Saturday night.
According to information reaching Stabroek News, 36-year-old Imran Khan of Lot 161 Droom Street, Annandale North, was knocked down by minibus BHH 8465 around 8:30 pm.
Inquiries by the police have disclosed that the minibus was traveling west along the southern carriageway of the Good Hope Public Road when Khan suddenly ran from the southern side of the road and was struck by the left side of the vehicle and fell on the roadway.
