No bail for pork knocker on attempted murder charge

A pork knocker was yesterday remanded to prison after he was charged with the attempted murder of a miner and the court heard that the victim is hospitalised and not yet out of danger.

Bronson Wiltshire stood in the courtroom of the Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan to answer to the charge that on November 25th, at Crusher Head, Oko Backdam, Cuyuni River, with intent to commit murder, he unlawfully wounded Kurt Walton.
Wiltshire, 29, of 184 Charlotte Street, Bourda, was not required to plead to the indictable charge.
