The Dharm Shala home for the indigent yesterday hosted its annual Christmas party for the children of the Albouystown community.
About 100 children from the community attended the party and were treated to a variety of snacks and presented with gifts. The children were kept entertained by musical items and could be heard singing along to the Christmas songs.
When Santa Claus made his appearance the group of children became excited and overjoyed and rushed to be by his side.
