Convict still unconscious in hospital after prison assault

Sean Thom, a prisoner who was admitted as a patient at the George-town Public Hospital (GPH) after he was attacked at the Camp Street Prison, is still hospitalised in an unconscious state.

Thom, 22, has been hospitalised for two weeks since the attack.

He is now in the High Dependency Unit of the hospital, after being initially admitted in the Intensive Care Unit.
