Following their neglect of sportsmanlike conduct at the conclusion of the East Coast Cricket Committee SPR 40-Over final in December, Enterprise Busta Sports Club has issued an apology to the organisers and sponsors.
The club stated “We the members of the Enterprise Busta Sports Club would like to sincerely apologise to the sponsors of the SPR 40-Over competition and to the organisers, East Coast Cricket Committee, for our inappropriate behavior on the day of the finals of the competition.”
The letter went on to say that the club “takes full responsibility for our actions and hopes it does not affect future sponsorship” while relating that it is committed to working with the body to benefit the youths and cricket on the East Coast of Demerara.
