Presidential Guard, C-Division, A-Division-[A] and D-Division-[A] secured opening night victories in the Guyana Police Force [GPF] Inter-Division/Branch 5-a-side football championships Monday at the Eve Leary ground.
Presidential Guard downed Felix Austin-[A] 2-0. Kester Dundas and Steffon Ramsay recorded goals in the easy win while C-Division dismissed Transport 2-0.
Lerone Charles and Joel Chisolm were on target in the victory. Similarly, A-Division-[A] brushed aside Finance 2-0.
