Guyana men’s rugby team will mean business when the players take the field against Guadeloupe tomorrow at the GDF Ground.

During a press briefing yesterday at Thirst Park ahead of tomorrow’s Rugby Americas North (RAN) 15s South Zone Cup final, Communications Manager of key sponsor Banks DIH Limited, Troy Peters, declared that Guyana has a chance to regain their dominance as the region’s top side. He added that Banks is fully behind the sport.

President of the Guyana Rugby Football Union (GRFU), Peter Green, was also optimistic, saying that the local outfit will be ready for their clash with Guadeloupe. He asserted that his charges are hungry and mean business especially since their last five games have been unfavourable results.
