A part-time customer service representative was yesterday charged with driving dangerously, which resulted in an accident that left the victim confined to a wheelchair.
Dwayne Nurse was brought before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan, who read the charge to him in Georgetown.
It was alleged that on December 25th, 2018, at Regent Street, Nurse drove PWW 6873 in a manner dangerous to the public.
Nurse denied the charge.
