Carlos Petterson has returned to Guyana with one goal in mind.
The goal: to redeem himself and finish on the podium at next year’s edition of the World Classic Powerlifting Championships.
After having to literally sit out the event in Sweden this year due to a 12-month suspension after he competed in a Strongfit Barbados competition last month, the standout strongman has his eyes on the prize.
Fresh off the plane from Sweden, Petterson who had a front row seat at the championships told this publication yesterday that he intends to use the upcoming months “to focus on the ‘World’s next year.”
