A man was on Friday asked to post a total of $65,000 in bail for his release after he denied stealing a bicycle and robbing and assaulting an elderly woman.
Akeem Cort faced the two charges when he appeared in a city court. He pleaded not guilty.
The first charge read to him alleges that on June 19th at William Street, Campbellville, he stole a bicycle, valued $15,000, from Jamal Cummings.
