Camp St confrontation: This man standing on the steps, believed to be a Venezuelan, was locked in a confrontation with the police yesterday morning on Camp Street near to Middle Street. He was seen in a standoff with the police while holding a knife after he had allegedly tried to gain entry to this building on Camp Street. In the photo the man can be seen with blood on his arm. The standoff between policemen and the man lasted a while before he was taken into custody.
