Minibus drivers arrested: The police in ‘G’ Division on Tuesday arrested a total of twenty-one minibus drivers and impounded their vehicles after they were found in breach of several traffic laws.

Stabroek News understands that ranks of ‘G’ Division conducted a traffic enforcement exercise in the Suddie Police Station District during which the buses were examined for breach of condition of road service licence, which includes drawings, markings, stickers, music and failing to exhibit the fare structure in their vehicles.

The drivers are likely to face the courts.
