A 28-year-old vendor was granted bail by a city court yesterday after he denied a marijuana possession charge.
Akeem Lorde was read the charge by Principal Magistrate Faith McGusty at the Georgetown Magis-trates’ Court 5.
The accused pleaded not guilty to the allegation, which stated that on July 2, he was at Stabroek Market, Georgetown, with 22 grammes of marijuana.
