A man who was found with a bag containing 266 grammes of marijuana, was on Wednesday remanded on a possession offence, after he told the court he had no knowledge of the contents of the bag he was carrying.
It was stated that on June 30, at D’Urban Street, the accused, Randy Smith, was in possession of 266 grammes of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking.
