The prosecution yesterday closed its case against the cabbage farmer accused of fatally stabbing 18-year-old David Toney at the Timehri Docks in April.
Prosecutor Neville Jeffers closed the police’s case against Rickland Bovell when the inquiry continued before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan in Georgetown.
