With just six days to go, it is almost showtime for the Guyana Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation’s flagship event, the Senior National Championships.
Bodybuilders, bikini and physique athletes are on the stretch run, dialing in their bodies through strict diets and workout regimens to present an award winning package come August 12 at the National Cultural Centre.
The fitness community, local gyms, barbershops and even salons have been buzzing with anticipation of the much hyped Mr. Guyana event. Not only will the nation’s best physiques turn the stage into their battleground, but for just the fifth time, the flourishing Men’s Physique segment will be contested on the Senior stage.
