Street Kings Street-ball c/ships launched

The inaugural ‘592 Street Kings’ Street-ball Championship was officially launched yesterday at the recently opened Jamrock Café (Jamaican Cuisine, Church Street).

The three day elimination tournament, which features 16 teams, will be played for over $675,000 in prizes. The playing dates are September 7th, 14th and 21st. 

The opening night will occur at the Berlin Tarmac, with the second evening at the Burnham Court tarmac on Middle and Carmichael Streets. The venue for the final will be announced shortly.

Among the major teams that will be on display are Gold is Money, Sparta Boss, Leopold Street, Tiger Bay, Alexander Village, Melanie-B, Broad Street, Back Circle, Albouystown-B, LA Ballers, Future Stars and Sophia.
