There are three witnesses expected to be called to testify in the preliminary inquiry into the man-slaughter charge against the City Constabulary Lance Corporal who allegedly shot and killed a mentally ill prisoner last year.
Gregory Bascom, of Lot 340 West Ruimveldt, Housing Scheme, George-town, is charged with unlawfully killing Marlon Fredericks on January 14th, 2018, at Regent Road Bourda, Georgetown.
