An Ann’s Grove resident was remanded to prison yesterday after he was accused of possession of just over 96 pounds of cannabis for trafficking.
It is alleged that Jason Dundas on August 27th, at Cornhill Street, had 43.77 kilogrammes (equivalent to 96.5 pounds) in his possession for trafficking.
Dundas, 30, of Lot 128 Ann’s Grove Village, East Coast Demerara, denied the charge, which was read to him by Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan.
