Australian all-rounder, Chris Green said yesterday Guyana’s Amazon Warriors did nothing wrong in their runner-up finish season last year and should stick to their strengths in order to win the 2019 HERO Caribbean Premier League (CPL).
The 25-year-old who was appointed captain of the Franchise last season following the departure of Shoaib Malik told media operatives yesterday at the official launching of the team that nothing new needs to be done this year but go out there and do it all over again.
“Nothing new, we’ve got to get there again, obviously there are a lot of round games we have to get through and I think having a strong home base and winning as much games in our home as before puts you in a great position with the playoffs being here,” Green posited.
