The Guyana Chess Federation (GCF) will stage the Gaico Construction-sponsored Chess Grand Prix from September 21-29 at the National resource Centre, Woolford Avenue.
According to the GCF’s official social media account, the tournament will be an eight round Swiss system affair and will be FIDE rated.
This is the first tournament to be held by the new executive headed by Frankie Farley.
