Following the completion of last weekend’s season-opening round of matches in the ongoing Bounty Paper Towel – Quicker Picker Upper, Solo Drinks outdoor hockey leagues, GCC Clubs have asserted themselves at the top of the points leader board heading into today’s matches.
In the men’s second-division league, GCC The Sequel is leading with 19 points after amassing six wins from eight outings. They are trailed by SHC Savages, 17points and YMCA Old Fort Aces on 15 points respectively.
GBTI/GCC and St Stanislaus are joint leaders in the women’s category with nine points each while Bingo GCC and YMCA OF Wild Cats have each secured a point after failing to register a win from their three outings thus far.
