Golden Jaguars go down 1-2 to Antigua and Barbuda

The Golden Jaguars suffered their fifth consecutive loss to Antigua and Barbuda, going down to the host nation 2-1 yesterday in League-B of the CONCACAF Nations League at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium.

It was the second consecutive defeat for  Guyana in the confederation championships following their 4-0 home loss to the Jamaicans in the previous match.

Quinton Griffith and Junior Benjamin ensured the hosts walked away with the victory in what was the 10th meeting of the nations, after recording first half strikes.
