Port Kaituma driver gets bail on larceny charge

A driver from Port Kaituma was granted his release on bail by a city court on Tuesday  after he denied a simple larceny charge.

Leon Goodman, 38, was brought to the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts after it was alleged that on October 8th at Market Square, Port Kaituma, North West District, he stole a Master Cylinder valued $60,000 and a servo, valued $85,000, which were the property of Dellon Lord.

The father of five pleaded not guilty to the charge when it was read to him by Principal Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus.
