A 24-year-old farmer who was allegedly found with 300 grammes of cannabis when police were attempting to arrest him for threatening a Friendship resident was granted bail on Friday after he denied all the charges against him.
Delon Richardson, of Lot 46 D’Urban Street, appeared before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan in a Georgetown court, where the charges were read to him.
Two charges alleged that on October 28th, at Friendship, East Bank Demerara, Richardson made use of abusive language towards Arlita Ruffino and on the same date and at the same location he used threatening language towards Ruffino.
