A boy who was severely beaten at the Mon Repos Primary School is recovering even as other medical complications have arisen and his mother is mulling the way forward.
Eight-year-old Richard Boodram was admitted to the Georgetown Public Hospital after his mother, Devika Persaud noticed him acting strangely when he returned home from school on November 1st.
