Although he is not yet out of danger, a man who was recently stabbed by a former friend with a broken bottle is considering not offering any evidence against his assailant. Rajesh Lall, a 21-year-old miner, of Airy Hall, Essequibo Coast, was stabbed on November 7th at Stonehill Backdam, Cuyuni with a broken bottle.
Lall said he was drinking at a shop around 2 am when his assailant, who has since been charged with attempted murder and was remanded to prison, came from behind and attacked.
