Marcus Keiler capped a long but successful cycling season yesterday when he won the 20th Diamond Mineral Water 40-mile road race at West Demerara.
The Team Coco’s wheelsman outsprinted his breakaway mates Curtis Dey, Walter Grant-Stuart and Deeraj Garbarran, for victory in the trek which started near the Demerara Harbour Bridge, proceeded to Parika and returned to the point of origin for the finish.
