Three years on the run: No bail for attempted murder accused

Ryan Lowe

Three years after allegedly wounding a co-worker, resulting in the man’s left arm being amputated, Ryan Lowe was yesterday faced with an attempted murder charge and remanded to prison.

Lowe, 34, was not required to plead to the indictable charge that alleges that on November 23rd, 2016, at the Eccles landfill, East Bank Demerara, he wounded Leroy Cummings with intent to murder him. The charge was read by Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan in Georgetown.
