Trio allegedly found with illegal guns, ammo during Agricola raid remanded

Three men yesterday faced separate charges of unlawful possession of guns and ammunition and were remanded to prison when they appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court. The charges were laid following a raid by the police in Agricola.

It is alleged that Gregory Boyce on November 21st at 69 Remus Street, Agricola, had in his possession a .32 pistol, three .32 7.65mm live rounds of ammunition, six 7.6 live rounds of ammunition and seven .32 rounds of automatic ammunition when he was not the lawful holder of a firearm licence in force at the time.

It is also alleged that on the same date at Lot 80 Brutus Street, Agricola, Eson Gibson, 19, had in his possession a .38 pistol along with three .380 live rounds of ammunition while not being the holder of a firearm licence in force at the time.
