Vasheer Khan, a man who admitted to assaulting and calling his sister-in-law an offensive name, was recently fined a total of $20,000.
Khan, 33, was also granted $10,000 bail on a third charge, using abusive language to the woman, which he denied.
Khan appeared before Senior Magistrate Leron Daly on November 29th and he pleaded guilty to two charges and was fined $10,000 for each.
