Following the conclusion of the 2019 cycling season the outstanding cyclists are set to be rewarded tonight at the Guyana Cycling News Awards with Briton John adjudged the cyclist-of-the-year.
When the function gets underway at the St. Stanislaus College Auditorium, the We Stand United rider will be rewarded as the most improved rider after he finished at the top of the rankings in the Open category.
The 19-year-old John, who competed in the senior division this season continued from where he left off last year when he won the junior cyclist of the year award.
