Bandits steal SUV after robbing Bel Air family

The police are on the hunt for two bandits who allegedly attacked and robbed a civil engineer and his family shortly after they had returned to their Bel Air Village home on Tuesday evening before escaping with his Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV).

Stabroek News was reliably informed that the robbery took place around 9 pm at Lot 50 Bel Air, Georgetown during which Travis Bridgemohan, his wife, Ayenay Mendoza and another relative were relieved of their cellphones, a quantity of cash and other valuables.

The crime was allegedly committed by two men, one of whom was armed with a handgun.
