The Mayor and City Council and the Ministry of Public Infrastructure have done a clean-up of Caneview Avenue, South Ruimveldt Gardens, Georgetown, the Department of Public Information (DPI) reported yesterday.

City Councillor Denroy Tudor said that the dumping of garbage along the street was an issue that had been affecting residents in the area for some time.

Tudor said Council had cleared the area several times since he took office in 2018 but that has not stopped the dumping, DPI reported.
