The opening of tenders yesterday saw the Guyana Defence Force attracting multi-million dollar bids for dry and fresh rations and fresh fruit juices.
These bids among others were opened at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board at the Ministry of Finance on Main and Urquhart streets.
