Sealed with a six over long off, Shimron and Seon Hetmyer steered Young Warriors Cricket Club (YWCC) to a seven-wicket win over Rose Hall Town Gizmos and Gadgets (RHTGG) in the final of the Berbice Cricket Board/ Ivan Madray 100-ball final at Albion Sports Complex on Saturday under lights.
Playing in their third final of the year (and after two losing two to this very team) YWCC got their revenge by restricting the imposing batting line up of RHTGG to just 93-6, after they won the toss and opted to bat.
YWCC then replied with 96-3 from 73 balls.
