Commissioner of Police Leslie James yesterday declined to address the reasons behind the secondment of Assistant Commissioner of Police Clifton Hicken and Senior Superintendent Fazil Karimbaksh.
James noted that the Minister of Public Security would have already addressed the matter.
However, when asked on the sidelines of the Guyana Defence Force’s Annual Officers’ Conference, he told reporters that the gaps will be filled.
