Adrian Sukhwa guided Albion Community Center Cricket Club to a nine-wicket win over Rose Hall Town and lift the Berbice Cricket Board/Raffik 100-ball second division title yesterday.

With heavy winds and sweltering heat at the Port Mourant Community Centre ground, Rose Hall Town won the toss and opted to bat where they were contained to 73 all out off  98 balls while Albion responded with 74 for one, winning with 42 balls to spare.

Sukwah, 21, smashed five boundaries, three of which went for sixes, including a straight drive into the sightscreen over Keith Simpson’s head as he raced to 45 not out from 35 balls.
