A pugnacious innings from Kevin Sinclair ensured Rose Hall Town Bakewell win the Lower Corentyne Berbice Cricket Board/Lets Bet 100-ball, second-division competition with a 35-run win over Albion Cricket Club yesterday.
At Albion, in the presence of a handful of spectators under heated conditions, RHT was awarded the toss after the umpires deemed Albion absent and elected to bat. RHT posted 145 for six from their quota before restricting Albion to 110 for seven.
RHT’s batting centered around Man-of-the-Final, Sinclair, who made an unbeaten 82 from 47 balls.
