A man was granted bail on Friday after he denied assaulting a police constable, while three other charges against him were dismissed after his accuser declined to pursue them.
Denzel Benjamin, 20, was charged with unlawfully assaulting Police Constable Narine on February 11th at the Alberttown Police Station, while being held in custody for another offence.
