After over one year on the run, the accused in the murder of Darren Edwards, who was fatally stabbed in December 2018, was remanded to prison yesterday after he was charged with the crime.
It is alleged that Gary Blackman, 47, found the deceased with his girlfriend, resulting in a physical altercation in which he armed himself with an icepick and inflicted the fatal wounds.
