Investigators are still working to determine who opened fire on Tuesday leaving Randy Bowen dead and his accomplice injured after they robbed a woman of her handbag in Campbellville.
This is according to Edgar Thomas, Commander of Region 4(A), who informed Stabroek News that as of Friday, the identity of the shooter remains unknown. “Who actually is the shooter? So far we are unable to say,” Thomas said.
He added that the investigation remains active.
