As investigations into the death of Farm teenager, Coyan Trotz, who was the victim of a hit and run accident on St Valentine’s night, are being brought to a close, lawmen are preparing to seek legal advice.
Police Commander of Region Three, Simon Mc Bean, yesterday told Stabroek News that the investigators are wrapping up their investigations and will be sending the file for legal advice.
The police had issued a wanted bulletin for 21-year-old Balram Nellie, who they said was the suspected driver of the motor vehicle that was involved in the accident.
