Telvin Wilburg, a 22-year-old bus conductor of Mabaruma, was yesterday remanded to prison on a charge of sexual penetration of a child under the age of 16.
Wilburg, who was arrested at the Mabaruma bus park, was brought before Principal Magistrate Faith McGusty at an in-camera hearing in Georgetown yesterday.
Bail was refused and the proceedings were adjourned until May 18th, 2020.
