As the police await legal advice, the South Ruimveldt businessman who indiscriminately fired gunshots from his home two Sundays ago has been released on station bail, acting Commander of Region 4(A) Phillip Azore said.
Contacted for an update yesterday, Azore told Stabroek News that the case file was sent to the Chambers of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) chambers for legal advice which will determine the way forward in the matter.
