An investigation has been launched after a 25-year-old mother died after delivering her baby at the Fyrish Health Centre on Saturday evening.
According to information gathered, the young woman identified as Hafeeza Mohammed, 25, was taken to the health centre after she began experiencing contractions.
After giving birth the woman was allowed to return home with her child after which she began experiencing complications.
